House Rules

 Please note the maximum # of overnight guests allowed per unit. Exceeding this number is a violation of our city ordnances which could result in the loss of our rental permit. We take this very seriously, so If additional guests spend even one night, the remaining stay will be cancelled with no refund. We understand wanting to invite friends or family over, they must be out of the unit by 10:00 pm to adhere to our county guidelines, no excessive noise or parties are allowed.

We love being able to offer green lights for you to enjoy.  They are on a dusk to dawn timer.  If you will be fishing, please do not fish directly over the green light in the evenings. (bigger fish are feeding on the outskirts anyway). Fishing directly over light runs the risk of snagging the cord and/or breaking the light resulting in a significant expense.

All our units are directly over the water.  If you have little ones, please note that constant supervision will be necessary (we have a granddaughter that liked to pull a stool up to the edge and lean over). If they like to explore with their little hands, we ask that you would please put objects out of reach that may be damaged.

At the end of your stay, we ask that you:

• Leave any used beds unmade
• Used towels on the floor
• General Tidy Up
• You may leave trash bags on the front porch and we will take care of it.
